For massage therapists, bodyworkers, and hands-on healers who give so much through their presence, their skill, and their care.
I help massage therapists move from burnout and emotional depletion into steadier energy, deeper self-connection, and a more sustainable way of serving — so they can continue doing the work they love
without losing themselves in the process..

Hi, I’m Rachel.
I work at the intersection of massage therapy, hypnosis, and deep care for the people who care for others.
For more than 20 years, I’ve lived inside the world of massage and bodywork. I know how beautiful this work can be. I know the quiet joy of helping someone soften, breathe more fully, and come home to themselves. I also know how much this work asks of us — physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.
Massage therapists tend to be people with generous hearts. We notice things. We feel things. We listen through our hands, our presence, our intuition, and our nervous systems.
And because we care so deeply, it can be easy to keep giving, keep holding, keep showing up, and keep pushing through — even when something inside us is asking to be tended.
My work is here for that tender place.
I help massage therapists reconnect with themselves, replenish from within, and create simple, sustainable ways to stay grounded and full. Not so they can become better at over-giving, but so they can keep serving from a place that feels honest, resourced, and alive.
Because when a massage therapist is grounded, supported, and connected to their own inner steadiness, that presence ripples outward — to their clients, their families, their communities, and the many lives touched by their work.
That ripple matters.
Massage therapists do more than ease tight muscles.
They create spaces where people feel safe enough to soften. They help tired bodies remember relief. They offer presence in a world that often moves too fast. They bring healing through touch, attention, compassion, and skill.
But the people who offer that kind of care also need places where they can receive.
My passion is helping massage therapists build a more sustainable relationship with the work they love — one rooted in steadiness, self-trust, healthy boundaries, inner replenishment, and joy.
This work is not about adding more to an already full life.
It is about helping therapists come back to themselves in simple, practical, deeply nourishing ways.
The conversation I love bringing to groups is really about the heart of this work.
It’s about the massage therapist who wants to keep caring deeply without disappearing inside the care they give.
It’s about the practitioner who loves helping people soften, breathe, and feel more at home in their bodies — and who also longs to feel that same steadiness within themselves.
It’s about the quiet, often unseen inner life of a hands-on healer: the sensitivity, the devotion, the emotional weight, the joy, the purpose, and the need for real replenishment.
This can become a podcast conversation, a guest class, a workshop, or a more intimate group experience. The shape can change depending on the audience, but the heart stays the same.
My intention is to help massage therapists feel seen, supported, and gently called back to themselves — so the work they love can remain a source of meaning, connection, and beautiful ripples of healing.
Whether I’m offering a podcast conversation, guest workshop, class experience, or keynote-style talk, my intention is always for participants to leave feeling more connected to themselves and more hopeful about the work they love.
Audiences often walk away with:
I love partnering with organizations and communities that care about the well-being of massage therapists, bodyworkers, and hands-on healers.
This includes:
If your community is devoted to helping practitioners grow, serve, and stay connected to themselves, I would be honored to explore what we might create together.
If you are a massage therapist who found your way here because you are feeling drained, stretched thin, or quietly disconnected from the joy you used to feel in your work, I want you to know this:
You are not alone.
And you do not have to lose yourself in order to care deeply for others.
I created a gentle hypnosis audio to help you come back to yourself — to feel more grounded, spacious, and resourced as you move through your day.
This audio is here to support you in reconnecting with steadiness, ease, and the quiet inner fullness that allows your care to flow without leaving you empty.
Massage therapists create ripples of relief, connection, and healing that reach far beyond the treatment room.
When they are supported, that support travels through every client they touch, every family they return home to, and every community they serve.
If you would like to bring a heart-centered, grounding, and deeply supportive experience to your audience of massage therapists, I would love to connect.
