I help massage therapists go from fighting burnout
and emotional depletion
to staying grounded, joyful, and full—
so they can serve with steady energy, deeper compassion,
and a sustainable way of showing up for their clients and themselves.

Hi, I’m Rachel. I work at the intersection of massage therapy and hypnosis. I help massage therapists who are exhausted from caring for everyone else learn how to refill themselves—so they don’t have to choose between their work and their well-being.
As both a massage therapist and hypnotherapist, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply therapists care… and how easily that care can slide into burnout, compassion fatigue, and feeling like you’re “running on fumes.”
My work is about helping them:
I love speaking with groups, associations, and communities that support massage therapists and other hands-on healers who are ready for a more sustainable way to serve.
How massage therapists can replenish their energy without abandoning their clients
Creating compassionate limits that protect your body, your schedule, and your heart
Staying regulated while you’re holding space for everyone else
Using the power of the subconscious to support calm, confidence, and resilience
Whether it’s a podcast interview, workshop, or keynote-style talk, my intention is always for your audience to leave feeling:
I love partnering with:
If you’re not sure whether your audience is a fit, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to explore it with you.
If you’re a massage therapist who found your way here and
you’re feeling drained, overwhelmed, or on the edge of burnout,
I’ve created a gentle audio experience just for you.
This hypnosis audio helps you go from feeling stretched thin to grounded, spacious presence, so you move through your days feeling
resourced with ease, joy, and overflow.
If you’d like to bring more grounded, joyful, sustainable energy to your audience of massage therapists, I’d love to talk.
